Over age and under age sex?

If the male is over 18 and the female is under 18, can they both sign and date a contract saying that they are willing to have sex? If the girl claims rape after they broke up, would the male have a suitable defense in legal standing and not potentially have his life ruined?

They make laws about age for sex for a reason! One of those reasons is that they feel a "child"/"person" isn't mature and knowledgeable enough to give informed consent!........therefore, a signed and dated consentual contract wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on.
The safest and best way for the guy not to potentially ruin his life is to not do it in the first place!
By the way, it wouldn't hold up in court either if the girls parents knew they were having sex and were ok with it. The laws in the area where you live have priority!
